Sound Bath Meditation & Intuitive Reiki Healing Circle

Join Joney & Heidi for a calming guided sound bath meditation with intuitive healing Reiki energy to relax, tune and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. Each participant will have 10-15min to receive a personalized intuitive Reiki session during the sound bath. Then a group energy healing is done to connect and increase the energy field that is created and resonated by the crystal singing bowls. This is all done in a gentle way to help you become more self-aware, and in-tune with your soul and spiritual journey.

About the facilitators: 

Joney Poon is the owner of Rain or Shine Therapy. Joney has her BS in Clinical Psychology & is an Accredited Music Therapist. She is also a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and has further training in Intuitive Counselling-Coaching, GIM (Guided Imagery in Music), NMT (neuro music therapy), neonatal music therapy, and Aromatherapy. Through her own experiences and the witnessing of others’ stories, journeys, traumas, and disconnect between the physical, mental & spiritual being, Joney has passionately dedicated herself to the purpose of empowering others and to help them explore and unlock their inner consciousness and finding their true identity-purpose. Her mission is to provide people with tools through science of neurology and holistic wellbeing to recruit their brain power and inner strengths to holistically improve the mind, body and soul!

Heidi Nagtegaal is a Certified Reiki Practitioner, Intuitive Energy Healer, Reader and Writer behind Tarot Times With Heidi. She has facilitated many group and private intuitive reading & energy healing sessions. Heidi utilize various healing modalities such as channeling her intuitive & empathetic skills, and Reiki & energy work. Heidi specializes in identifying energetic blockages, clearing low vibrational energies, and channeling messages. She has been reading tarot for 10 years, working with hands on healing for the last 20 and has been trained in reiki healing in the last 5 years. She is very much looking forward to sharing her gifts; healing energies with you and supporting the group.
