I specialize in working with people of all ages. Helping with anxiety, stress, fears/phobias, trauma, grief, self-esteem, depression, anger management, sleep/insomnia, jet lag, creativity blocks, setting boundaries, connecting with inner self, inner child healing, mindset barriers & trauma.
