Now more than ever, we’re needing to embody mindfulness. You might have heard the following words: mindfulness, mental health, and meditation. It is probably mentioned more and more than before. If you’re interested to learn how to create a more mindful living or tried mindful practices before and it didn’t quite work for you, please don’t give up as science has proven the benefits of mindfulness. Why else would the most successful people and even navy seals use it?

  2. Engage in the mental awareness/focus and learn how to alter your brainwave length states
  3. Learn what your body is tell you
  4. How to engage in mindfulness practice through everyday skills and expressive art (music & art)
  5. How to use some mindfulness apps
  6. Learn 2 different breathing techniques
