Now more than ever, we’re needing to embody mindfulness. You might have heard the following words: mindfulness, mental health, and meditation. It is probably mentioned more and more than before. If you’re interested to learn how to create a more mindful living or tried mindful practices before and it didn’t quite work for you, please don’t give up as science has proven the benefits of mindfulness. - Engage in the mental awareness/focus and learn how to alter your brainwave length states

- How to engage in mindfulness practice through everyday skills and expressive art (music & art)

- Learn 2 different breathing techniques
