Forest Healing & Growth Retreat

The woods & meadows are a perfect place to connect with the healing atmosphere of the forest and channeling that energy for breaking through discomfort & unknown blockages to allow for growth. In this half day retreat you’ll be guided through a holistic journey of:

• Intuitive coaching & subconscious work
• A guided practice of forest bathing (MINNEKHADA NATURE SANCTUARY)
• Self-reflection & Anchoring
• Doing tiny “actionables” to work through the discomfort to achieve growth
• Restorative energy work & healing
• Guided meditation & Sound bath.
• During this process there will be 1:1 time, group sharing and plenary talks.

Your holistic guides:

Joney Poon is the owner of Rain or Shine Therapy. Joney has her BS in Clinical Psychology & is an Accredited Music Therapist. She is also a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and has further training in Intuitive Counselling-Coaching, GIM (Guided Imagery in Music), NMT (neuro music therapy), neonatal music therapy, and Aromatherapy. Through her own experiences and the witnessing of others’ stories, journeys, traumas, and disconnect between the physical, mental & spiritual being, Joney has passionately dedicated herself to the purpose of empowering others and to help them explore and unlock their inner consciousness and finding their true identity-purpose. Her mission is to provide people with tools through science of neurology and holistic wellbeing to recruit their brain power and inner strengths to holistically improve the mind, body and soul!

Heidi is a Certified Reiki Practitioner, Intuitive Energy Healer, Reader and Writer behind Tarot Times With Heidi. She has facilitated many group and private intuitive reading & energy healing sessions. Heidi utilize various healing modalities such as channeling her intuitive & empathetic skills, and Reiki & energy work. Heidi specializes in identifying energetic blockages, clearing low vibrational energies, and channeling messages. She has been reading tarot for 10 years, working with hands on healing for the last 20 and has been trained in reiki healing in the last 5 years. She is very much looking forward to sharing her gifts; healing energies with you and supporting the group.
