Coming Home – Introspective collective experience working with plant medicine to cultivate self-alignment with inner wisdom and deep healing

This is a nourishing 7 week women’s course to help you develop an embodied practice of tuning into your higher intelligence through the expansive and collective experience of plant medicine. It is set in a safe, supportive, and intimate circle. Max 12 participants. Investment: $450

Week 1 Opening Cacao Ceremony: Through a heart opening exercise with the use of cacao we will connect to the feminine divine energy to nurture our higher intelligence. During the session we will invite expansiveness in and deep healing into our lives through individual and collective intention setting.

Week 2 Embodied Clearing: We will utilize tools influenced by somatic experiencing modalities to help release blockages or negative energies in our bodies. The practice of being more embodied, creating more flow and space to allow for new things we want to manifest to come into our lives.

Week 3 Intuition and Self-Trust (Part 1): Tea Ceremony + Plant Medicine. Through an embodied practice, we will explore ways to access our inner wisdom and intuition.

Week 4 Intuition and Self-Trust (Part 2): Tea Ceremony + Plant Medicine. We will continue week 3’s exploration

Week 5 Intuitive Clearing: Putting our intuitive skills to practice and sensing blockages in others. Practicing embodied deep listening and learning to trust inner senses to shift the energy we are picking up.

Week 6 Rest and Balance: The practice of coming home to ourselves. Exploring somatic psychological tools on how to stay in alignment with ourselves and energy. Instead of giving our energy away or having it taken away by others, exploring how we can maintain our own self-empowerment.

Week 7 Closing ceremony and Integration: In this final week we will explore the practice of surrendering the constructs of our narratives that no longer serves us and reconnect with our higher selves. We will then have a closing ceremony to share and integrate what we learned and discovered in the past 7 weeks.
