For those brave souls navigating life’s complexities, I understand the overwhelming nature of the journey. Have you ever found yourself asking, “Can I catch a break?” I’ve been there too, intimately aware of how inner narratives can manifest as anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck. Together, we’ll navigate this path.

My approach is nurturing and collaborative, merging quantum-inspired therapy with harm-reduction plant medicine. The goal? Deep self-understanding and a reconnection with yourself, others, and the vast universe. It’s time to reclaim your narrative.

With a rich toolkit that includes music therapy, somatic therapy, hypnotherapy, counseling, parts therapy, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, I’m equipped to facilitate liberation and growth. I believe our bodies hold untold stories yearning to be heard. By dismantling the barriers we’ve constructed, we can break free.

As an Asian cisgender queer woman of color, primarily of Chinese descent, I’m committed to exploring the human condition, spirituality, and the essence of the soul through travel and exploration. My life is a canvas of love, discernment, curiosity, and creativity in the world.
